"DICE has revealed that Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is most popular on PCs, with the number of players on the platform outnumbering both the Xbox 360 or PS3.
"PC currently has more people playing and are in game servers than both the consoles," read a post on the game's blog.
Although DICE was keen to point out that the PC audience was bigger than either console but not bigger than both consoles combined, adding: "You'll need to work to beat both consoles' combined effort."
The developer added that it had brought both the PS3 and PC multiplayer servers back online following an outage on Friday."
